Where is your shop?

I am a mobile service provider.  I travel to your home or office.

 

Why should I use your services?

Using my convenient services will save you time.  Many services and repairs can be performed at the convenience of your home or office, adding value to your day.  

 

How much will it cost?

Certain factors are considered in calculating cost, i.e. age and condition of vehicle.  A labor time guide is used as a general basis for calculating repairs.  For example:  Labor time to replace spark plugs = 1 hour + cost of parts.  You are charged 1 hour for labor + parts + sales tax.  

If during the course of service a proper repair cannot be made due to conditions beyond the control of HAS Mobile Car Care, (i.e poor workmanship from previously intalled part(s), damage due to seized component or corrosion), additional cost to the client will be incurred to correctly perform the repair or service.  Client will be notified before proceeding with the repair.

 

Do you charge a diagnostic fee?

Yes. The fee is $120 plus tax (up to 1.5 hours).

 

Do you price match?

No. 

 

What vehicle models do you work on?

Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.

 

Do you use remanufactured or used parts?

I NEVER use used parts.  Some parts are only available aftermarket or remanufactured; however, I use new original equipment parts when available. 

 

Do you install parts provided by the client?

Yes, however, HAS Mobile Car Care is not liable for defective, poor quality, or incorrect parts supplied by the client.  No warranty will be provided with client supplied parts. If the part(s) supplied is incorrect a $60 parts fee will be applied to final bill for obtaining the correct product.

 

I lease my vehicle.  Can I still use your services if I do not want to go to the dealer?

Yes.  I bring the dealership to you.  I will perform factory maintenance services to your vehicle using OEM approved fluids and parts thus maintaining your warranty.  All record of items used to maintain the vehicle are kept on file.

 

I own my vehicle and it is under warranty.  Will I void my warranty if I use your services?

No.  As with a leased vehicle I will perform factory maintenance services to your vehicle using OEM approved fluids and parts thus maintaining your warranty.  All record of items used to maintain the vehicle are kept on file.

 

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on all work. (Customer supplied parts excluded)

 

How does a pre-purchase vehicle inspection work?

It is an inspection service of the car you are about to purchase.  A bumper to bumper inspection will be performed on the vehicle.  A detailed report along with pictures will be electronically mailed to you with the results.  It is not necessary for you to be present at the time of the inspection.
